Private Jewelry Shopping Experience Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Rexa Bizou for your private shopping experience! We look forward to making your time with us personal, memorable, and sparkling. Please review our booking policy below: Booking & Deposit: Private shopping appointments require a Awg 35.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and time. Your deposit will be credited toward any purchase made during your appointment. Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Deposit need to be made via transfer on our bank account. Appointment Duration: Private shopping experiences are 45 - 60 min long. Should you need additional time, please let us know in advance (subject to availability). Guest Policy: You are welcome to bring up to 2 guests with you. Please notify us of your guest count when booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Arrival: Please arrive on time to enjoy your full shopping experience. If you are running late, please call us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but time extensions are not guaranteed. Purchasing & Discounts: Special promotions, discounts, or exclusive pieces may be available only during private appointments. Any promotional offers are valid for the day of the event only unless otherwise noted. Personalized Service: To make your experience exceptional, we encourage you to share any specific jewelry interests, styles, or occasions in advance. In case of special designs for engravings, please share your ideas so we can have your design ready before the appointment. Liability: Rexa Bizou is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
