Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable event, please review our booking policy below: Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of Awg.100 is required to secure your event date and time. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the event. Final headcount and balance are due 7 daysbefore your scheduled event. Minimum Guest Requirement: A minimum of 8 guests is required for private events. Maximum capacity is 16 guests to ensure a comfortable and personalized experience. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date may be rescheduled one time without penalty. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. No-shows on the day of the event are non-refundable. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for setup and to maximize your event time. Events start promptly at the scheduled time. Customization & Special Requests: We love making your event special! Please share any custom design requests at least 2 weeks in advance. Additional charges may apply for customized materials or exclusive designs. Food & Beverages: Light refreshments may be provided. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. Alcoholic beverages are permitted for guests [21+] — please drink responsibly. Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for handling tools and materials with care. Rexa Bizou is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the event. Photography: We love capturing the fun! By attending, you consent to event photos being used for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
